The Dionysian Mysteries

March 20 @ 17:00 - 18:30

£15

A talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins, the first in a series about the various Mystery traditions and their ageless wisdom teachings.

The Dionysian Mysteries are amongst the oldest of the Mystery traditions. Established first in ancient Thracia, and renovated by Orpheus (hence known sometimes as the Orphic Mysteries), its wisdom underlies that of Christ and the Christian Mysteries. The Hebraic Mysteries, as founded by Abraham, also had a basis in the Dionysian Mysteries, a form of which was being practiced in Haran, Mesopotamia, from where Abraham originated. The Dionysian Mysteries are key to understanding the mystery of Europe as a whole, as also that of Francis Bacon and the Rosicrucians.

Future talks of the series: –

  • Sat. 19 June 2021 – The Bardic Mysteries
  • Sat. 18 Sept. 2021 – The Grail Mysteries
  • Sat. 18 Dec. 2021 – The Swan Mysteries
