SUMMARY:Francis Bacon’s Founding Role in the Democratic Constitution of the USA
DESCRIPTION:Come and join us at St Michael’s Church Parish Centre\, St Albans\, for this day event celebrating the 46th Anniversary of the FBRT and the 250th Anniversary of the Independence of the USA. \nDuring the day we will delve into Sir Francis Bacon’s inspirational\, guiding and practical role in founding democracy in North America\, wherein (ideally) all men and women are considered to be created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights\, including the right to life\, liberty and the pursuit of happiness\, with a guarantee of freedom of speech and faith\, and the right of every citizen to vote. \nWe shall look at Bacon’s role in the Virginia Company and his writing of the 2nd and 3rd Charters of the Virginia Company which democratised the government of the settlers and their descendants. \nWe shall also look at Bacon’s New Atlantis utopia\, wherein he outlined the kind of society he was envisaging\, who were practising his Great Instauration and governed by a College of initiates – Freemasons and Rosicrucians – who always acted ethically\, morally\, charitably\, and how freedom\, properly understood\, is an integral part of this. \nWe shall also investigate why Francis Bacon was created Viscount St Alban (i.e. St Alban II)\, and his connection as the founder and first Grand Master of Speculative Freemasonry in England\, and how and why the Constitutions of Freemasonry are echoed in some way by the Constitution of the USA. \nWe shall also look at the symbolism of Francis Bacon’s Memorial Monument in St Michael’s Church\, which stands in the chancel above the crypt in which his body was placed when he died\, and how it links in a special way with St Alban’s Shrine (i.e. St Alban I) in St Alban’s Cathedral\, and with Jamestown on the coast of Virginia\, USA\, where the first Virginia Company colonists settled. \nFor information and booking\, please contact the FBRT Secretary:\nEmail: sarah@fbrt.org.uk. Tel: 01295 678 623.

SUMMARY:Swan Flight through the Seven Heavens of the Rosicrucian Mysteries: Fourth Heaven
DESCRIPTION:This hybrid event will be a 3-day site visit in Germany\, to Lüneburg and Rosengarten\, led by Oliver and Heidemarie Falldorf with Sarah Dawkins (26-28 June)\, with two Zoom talks by Peter Dawkins (25 June and 29 June) and a day-pilgrimage in England (27 June) facilitated by Donna Duncombe. \nThe event will be introduced with a talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins on Thursday 25 June (6pm UK time)\, explaining the whys and wherefores of the event and the symbolic meaning of salt. \nA second talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins will be on Monday 29 June (6pm UK time)\, giving some information about the 3-sided pyramid in Francis Bacon’s philosophy. This will be followed by a sharing of the experiences of the weekend and a discussion. \nTalks on Zoom by Peter Dawkins will be in English\, with concurrent translation into German by Heidemarie  Falldorf. \nTalks by Heidemarie and Oliver Falldorf on site will be in German\, but translated into English\, transcribed and shared for reading. \n~   ~   ~   ~   ~ \n2026 is the seventh year of a 12-year ‘end of time’ period (2020-2031)\, referred to as the Jupiter-Kalki-Kali cycle\, in which the world is being severely tested\, so as to bring about a repentance sufficient for divine mercy or grace to rescue human hearts\, minds and souls. During this time it is possible for human consciousness to be raised an octave\, note by note\, so as to be suitably inspired to do the right things\, the things that are needed to build a better world. \nTo help this process\, we are enacting a mystery in the landscape of Europe\, the throat chakra of the world\, in which the international Swan landscape temple of mainland Europe\, together with the more localised ‘Shakespeare Country’ Swan landscape temple in the British landscape zodiac play key roles. As the Swan flies metaphorically higher and higher\, it sounds the creative Word. This is the ‘Swan Flight’ and ‘Swan Song’. \nThe octave consists of seven full notes and five half-notes. Each full note is a level of the metaphorical/metaphysical ‘Pyramid’ that is being raised on the ‘Foundation Stone’ of the Exterland Zodiac\, a landscape zodiac centred on the Externsteine in Horn-Bad Meinberg\, Germany\, which functions as the throat chakra of the Swan of Europe. \nThe raising of the Pyramid symbolises the flight of the Swan and raising of consciousness\, which in turn is associated with the landscape stretching between the Exterland Zodiac\, the throat chakra of the Swan of Europe\, and the area of Schleswig\, the alta-major chakra of the Swan of Europe. This is a landscape replete with castles\, palaces\, parks and gardens full of Renaissance and Baroque Freemasonic-Rosicrucian symbolism. \nThe octave began in 2020 with the half-note E♭. 2021 sounded the first full note E\, which signified the first level of the Pyramid. 2022 sounded the second full note F\, which signified the second level of the Pyramid. 2024 sounded the third full note G\, which signified the third level of the Pyramid. For the fourth level\, the note A will be sounded and the fourth level of the Pyramid established. This ‘Swan Flight’ event of Zoom talks and site visits celebrates this fourth level. \nIn the European Mystery story\, the Swan is born as a result of the love affair of Europa and the Bull\, who are represented in the landscape by the British Isles (Europa) and mainland Europe (Bull). The Europa and Bull myth is the Dionysian myth\, wherein the bull-calf\, child of the bull and cow incarnatory symbolic forms of the god Zeus and goddess Athena (Britannia)\, is attacked by Titanic forces and torn apart\, but with its heart rescued by Pallas Athena\, helped by Zeus\, and raised to become the Swan\, Dionysus. Europe is acting out this myth right now. \nFor further details\, choices\, costs and booking\, see: Swan Flight : The Fourth Heaven.

SUMMARY:The Mystery of the Two Johns\, Baptist and Beloved
DESCRIPTION:A talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins about the mystery of John the Baptist and John the Beloved\, the different roles they played whilst sharing the same name\, and the eternal wisdom and divine law of which they are manifestations – a law that involves all of us. \nThis mystery involves the Double Truth of polarity\, twinship\, and initiation\, with its lesser and greater mysteries\, and how their roles were adopted by the Bacon brothers\, Francis and Anthony. \nThe mystery also involves Time\, with its daily\, annual\, and larger cycles of time\, such as a Great Age\, and the poles of time and process of life – a process in which we are all engaged\, all of the time. \nTo book\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nIf booking accepted\, on receipt of payment\, the Zoom link will be sent to you. \nA recording of the talk (but not of the sharing afterwards) can be made available for attendees if requested\, as also for those who pay for the talk but do not attend it live on Zoom. SUMMARY:The New Atlantis Bensalem and Rosicrucian College of the Six Days Work
DESCRIPTION:A talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins about the New Atlantis of Francis Bacon’s utopian novel\, and what it really means and the places it cryptically points to in the world. \nWe shall also look at what all this means today\, and how New Atlantis is not only an account of what took place 400+ years ago but also a prophecy for the times we live in now. \nNew Atlantis has a mystical relationship with the Old Atlantis\, as referred to by Plato\, and as described in myths and legends. The two stories contain the idea of death and resurrection\, and the means by which this can happen. Please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nThe displayed picture is a coloured version of the Gemini-Bacony-Bride headpiece printed in the 1609 Shake-speares Sonnets.

SUMMARY:The Immortalising Power of the Shakespeare Folio Preface – Part 2
DESCRIPTION:Part 2 of a 2-part series of talks on Zoom by Peter Dawkins about how the Preface of the 1623 Shakespeare Folio enshrines a deep Kabbalistic and Biblical wisdom\, with cryptic wording and graphics\, all with the potency and intention to immortalise the Shakespeare plays and William Shakespeare himself\, as an example of the immortalising process described in the classical Gemini myth. \nAs we learnt in the previous talk\, the Preface of the Shakespeare First Folio consists of ten printed pages that are designed to act as a Temple of the Mysteries\, analogous to Solomon’s Temple\, wherein the very first page of the Folio\, the “To the Reader” portrait verse by “B.I.”\, which precedes the ten-page Preface\, has a dual purpose\, acting as the twin Great Pillars\, Boaz and Jachin\, and as the guardian or doorkeeper\, Ben Jonson. \nThe “To the Reader” portrait verse precedes the Shakespeare Folio title page that is the actual door to the Temple. This title page door contains\, in a veiled way\, a cryptic summary of what lies within. As the doorkeeper tells us\, in order to open the door and enter the Temple\, we have to learn how to see and to read both the text and the illustrations. \nAs explained in the previous talk\, the ten pages of the Preface\, which follow on from the Folio’s “To the Reader” page\, represent the 10 Sephiroth or Emanations of the Tree of Life as experienced on the Middle Path through the Temple. The previous talk dealt with the doorway\, doorkeeper\, door\, and first half of the Holy Place of the Temple. \nIn this talk we shall enter the second half of the Holy Place of the Shakespeare Folio Preface Temple\, wherein lies the Altar of Incense marking the heart of the Temple. After this we shall enter the Holy of Holies\, wherein lies the Ark of the Covenant and Oracle. \nAfter 400 years\, the immortalising effect can be readily seen\, with the mortal actor William Shakspere from Stratford-upon-Avon raised up to be\, in people’s minds\, the immortal author William Shakespeare. In other words\, the Gemini effect has been well proven in this grand scientific experiment. \nCost £15. To book\, please contact the FBRT Secretary:\nEmail: sarah@fbrt.org.uk. Tel: 01295 678 623. \nOn receipt of payment\, the Zoom link will be sent to you. \nFor those who attend this Part 2 talk\, there will be time for questions\, answers and insights after the talk. This post-talk sharing is usually full of extra information. \nA recording of the talk (but not of the sharing afterwards) can be made available for attendees if requested\, as also for those who pay for the talk but do not attend it live on Zoom. Please contact the FBRT Secretary. \nA recording of Part 1 of this 2-part series is also available to those who book this Part 2 talk. The cost for a link to the recording of Part 1 is £15. \nThe cost for links to recordings of both talks\, Part 1 and Part 2\, is £30. \nThe headpiece is a coloured version of the Dionysus headpiece printed in the 1623 Shakespeare Folio.

SUMMARY:Freemasonic Twinship and the Two Alban Saints
DESCRIPTION:A talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins about the universal law of twinship\, or friendship\, and how it manifested in the foundational legends of Freemasonry concerning the two saints called Alban and the two types of Freemasonry\, Craft and Speculative. \nThe two saints called Alban are the Romano-Celtic officer\, whose name is veiled as ‘Alban’\, and Sir Francis Bacon\, who was given the title Viscount St Alban. \nThe first St Alban is reputed to be the founder and first Grand Master of Craft Freemasonry in England (Roman Britain)\, whilst the second St Alban is cryptically recognised as the founder and first Grand Master of Speculative Freemasonry in England c.1300 years later. \nWe shall also look at the meaning of the place or places associated with the St Alban legends\, the shrines or monuments erected in their memory and how they connect with each other\, and the Freemasonic and Rosicrucian wisdom knowledge underlying all this. \nFor those who attend this Zoom talk\, there will be time for questions\, answers and insights after the talk.  \n\nTo book\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nIf booking accepted\, on receipt of payment\, the Zoom link will be sent to you. \nA recording of the talk (but not of the sharing afterwards) can be made available for attendees if requested\, as also for those who pay for the talk but do not attend it live on Zoom. SUMMARY:Pilgrimage in London – The first of many celebrations for Sir Francis Bacon in 2026
DESCRIPTION:A pilgrimage to places connected with Sir Francis Bacon\, Viscount St Alban.\nA 2026 Bacon400 Celebration led by Peter Dawkins and Jonathan Tod.\nPlease come and join us for this special pilgrimage celebrating Sir Francis Bacon\, Viscount St Alban. 2026 is the Quatercentenary of the death and burial of Francis Bacon\, and this pilgrimage is the inner or more private beginning of the public celebrations which will unfold over the course of the year. \nThe 2026 Bacon400 London pilgrimage will start at St Martin-in-the-Fields\, where Francis Bacon was baptised on 25 January 1561\, then proceed to the site of York House\, Bacon’s London home when growing up and then later when he was Lord Keeper and Lord Chancellor. \nAfter this we will walk to the site of Essex House\, where the Shakespeare Circle used to meet. Essex House (previously Leicester House) was built on the site of the Outer Temple of the Knights Templar. \nFollowing this\, we will walk through to Middle Temple Fountain Court\, on the south side of which is Middle Temple Hall\, where the Shakespeare play\, Twelfth Night\, was enacted. \nWe will then proceed to the Inner Temple\, where we will visit Temple Church\, the round church of the Knights Templar. \nAfter this\, we will have a celebratory lunch in the Luncheon Room of the Inner Temple\, which has been reserved for our private use. \nAfter lunch we will walk to the site of Temple Bar\, marked by the Temple Bar Memorial\, and then proceed eastwards along Fleet Street\, crossing the River Fleet\, and ascending Ludgate Hill to St Paul’s Cathedral and the relocated Temple Bar Archway designed by Sir Christopher Wren. \nThe Inner Temple Inn of Court twins Gray’s Inn of Court\, where Francis Bacon had his lawyer’s chambers and of which he was Treasurer for many years. Twinship is the key to everything\, and we aim to celebrate twinship! \nAnother example of twinship is that of government and people\, wherein their friendship and judiciously balanced interdependence is crucial to democracy. \nTemple Bar\, as originally positioned\, is where the Liberty of Westminster meets the Liberty of the City of London. Temple Bar is thus symbolic of the democratic judicial balance between the government and the people\, which underlies our constitutional democracy. \nYet another twinship is that of the two eminent personages called St Alban – the 3rd/4th century Romano-British St Alban and the 16th/17th century English Viscount St Alban. \nThis pilgrimage is designed to inaugurate a St Alban II pilgrimage route\, which will twin the St Alban I pilgrimage route. \nThe St Alban I pilgrimage route starts in London and ends at St Alban’s Cathedral\, which marks the burial place of the Romano-British St Alban and contains the saint’s shrine. \nThe St Alban II pilgrimage route will also start in London (this pilgrimage marks the first steps on the route) and will end at St Michael’s Church\, St Albans\, where Viscount St Alban’s body was buried in the chancel vault\, with an enigmatic sculpted memorial monument placed in the chancel above. \nThere will be a pre-pilgrimage talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins at 5pm (GMT) on Sunday 18 January. This will be private\, for those who participate in this pilgrimage. \nFor further information and booking\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nPhoto: Tilman2007. DESCRIPTION:A talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins\, about how the 11-page Preface of the 1623 Shakespeare Folio enshrines a deep Kabbalistic and Biblical wisdom\, with cryptic wording and graphics\, all with the potency and intention to immortalise the Shakespeare plays and William Shakespeare himself\, as an example of the immortalising process described in the classical Gemini myth. \nAfter 400 years\, this immortalising effect can be readily seen\, with the Shakespeare plays enacted all over the world\, with William Shakespeare himself being renowned worldwide as the immortal author\, with innumerable books\, essays and scholarly treatises written about the plays and the man\, and Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire\, England\, attracting thousands of visitors every year from all over the world. \n“Immortalising” in this context refers to the man and his works being so famous that he will never be forgotten\, always revered\, with his works being everlasting\, enduring for ages to come. But “immortalising” can also refer to illumination\, to our natural souls or psyches becoming illumined through labours of love and knowing the wisdom or truth as a result. \nThe illumined soul is known as the celestial soul. The celestial soul is the mortal natural soul (psyche) who has become an immortalised celestial soul – the immortal-mortal. We can each achieve this little by little\, like a burning candle transmuting its flame into light. Like the burning candle\, we can exist as both the candle and the light at the same time. \nFor those who attend the talk\, there will be time for questions\, answers and insights after the talk. This post-talk sharing is usually full of extra information. \nTo book\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nIf booking accepted\, on receipt of payment\, the Zoom link will be sent to you. \nPayment can be made online via the PayPal donate button. \nDonate online with PayPal\n\n \n\nA recording of the talk (but not of the sharing afterwards) can be made available for attendees if requested\, as also for those who pay for the talk but do not attend it live on Zoom. Please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nThe displayed picture is a coloured version of the Dionysus headpiece printed in the 1623 Shakespeare First Folio.

SUMMARY:The Healing Power of Archetypal Patterns
DESCRIPTION:How to help rebalance\, heal and uplift the environment and oneself.\nBonnington House\, Jupiter Artland\, Wilkieston\, Edinburgh\, Scotland\nThis weekend event\, led by Peter and Sarah Dawkins\, will introduce participants to the key archetypal patterns within nature and ourselves\, which are pivotal to creating and maintaining good health and harmony. \nThese patterns are not only creative but also life-enhancing. They rebalance\, heal and uplift not only ourselves and our immediate environment\, but also all forms of life in nature and the universe. They help us and all nature to evolve and develop an ever-greater intelligence and ability to accomplish greater things. \nThey are what are known traditionally as the forms of the supreme metaphysical laws of the universe. To use them is to use those supreme laws\, but they can only be used in the right ways\, which requires love and intelligence. \nThese patterns are archetypal and apply to all life\, but to understand and know them can lead to insights into the more individual patterns that can heal our own personal imbalances and illnesses. \nDuring this weekend we will also look at and experience something of the ‘Grail Land’ landscape temple\, of which Bonnington/Jupiter Artland forms a key part of its brow chakra\, and also the landscape zodiacs of Scotland\, Ireland and Britain (England and Wales)\, with their ability to ‘sound’ the sacred Aum and connect with the light body of the planet. \nWe will share what we know about the importance of these natural energy forms in connection with the world’s evolution\, and offer suggestions as to how we can best help. In fact\, just by participating in this weekend event we will be helping. \nFor further information and booking\, see ‘The Healing Power of Archetypal Patterns‘ pdf.

SUMMARY:The Milky Way Shakespeare Swans
DESCRIPTION:This extended weekend event\, led by Peter and Sarah Dawkins\, will take place in England’s ‘Shakespeare Country’\, the Cygnus (Swan) area of the British landscape zodiac. \nDuring this extended weekend\, we will be based in Warwick and visiting Warwick Castle\, Kenilworth Castle\, and Stratford-upon-Avon with its Royal Shakespeare Theatre. \nThe ‘Shakespeare Country’ represents Cygnus (the Swan) in the landscape zodiac of Britain/England. It is composed of two Swans\, twins\, as per the Gemini myth. One Gemini Swan is born immortal\, the other mortal\, but by helping each other as loving friends they both become immortal-mortals. Warwick is the head of the ‘immortal’ Swan\, with Kenilworth its beak and the Rollright Stone Circle its root or tail. Stratford-upon-Avon is the root/tail of the ‘mortal’ Swan – the Swan that is immortalised by means of the self-sacrifice of its immortal twin. \nThe Gemini are the spear-shaking Shakespeares. In the 16th/17th centuries\, certain human beings acted out this ages-old mystery that lies enshrined in the landscape. \nThe event will start in the evening of Thursday 25 September. \nOn Friday 26 September we will visit Warwick Castle\, home of the Dudley earls of Warwick in Tudor times\, and of Fulke Greville in Jacobean times. We will also visit Kenilworth Castle\, the once-palatial residence of the Earl of Leicester. \nIn the time of Queen Elizabeth I\, the Earl of Warwick was Ambrose Dudley\, the elder brother of Robert Dudley\, Earl of Leicester\, the Queen’s favourite\, to whom the Queen granted Kenilworth Castle. The Dudley brothers and Fulke Greville were intricately involved in the Rosicrucian Shakespeare project. \nIn 1575 the lavish Kenilworth Entertainment took place\, with both theatrical entertainment and jousting on a grand scale that echoed Edward I’s revival of the Arthurian Knights of the Round Table. It was this grand entertainment\, followed by its twin\, the Woodstock Entertainment\, which raised the annual Accession Day Tournaments of Queen Elizabeth I’s reign to a highly elaborate theatrical level as part of the Rosicrucian Shakespeare project. \nIt was at the Woodstock Entertainment that the Faerie Queen made her first publicly recorded appearance in English literature and drama. Spenser’s Faerie Queene and Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night and Midsummer Night’s Dream derive inspiration and elements from these two entertainments. \nOn Saturday 27 September we will visit Stratford-upon-Avon\, home of the actor William Shakespeare and the Royal Shakespeare Company\, where we will explore the geomantic arrangement of the town\, visiting Holy Trinity Church\, burial place of the actor William Shakespeare and location of the Shakespeare Monument with its revealing esoteric message. In the evening we will visit the Royal Shakespeare Theatre for an RSC performance of the Shakespeare play\, Measure for Measure. \nOn Sunday 28 September\, after a concluding morning talk and sharing\, there will be an optional visit to the Rollright Stones\, wherein lies an even older ‘Shakespeare’ story. \nThe number of attendees for this event is limited. \nEvent Fee = £548 + accommodation (optional)\n(Event fee includes ‘The Milky Way Shakespeare’ Zoom talk\, other talks elsewhere and on site\, Fri/Sat lunches\, Thu/Fri/Sat evening meals\, entrance fees to Warwick and Kenilworth Castles\, RSC ‘A’ ticket\, and administration costs. The fee does not include travel\, drink and accommodation.) \nIf needed\, help can be given in finding suitable overnight accommodation. \nTo book\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nOn acceptance of the booking and payment made\, a link to a recording of the Zoom talk\, ‘The Milky Way Shakespeare’\, will be sent to you. SUMMARY:Swan Flight along the Milky Way
DESCRIPTION:Triple Shakespeare Mystery\nThis triple Shakespeare Mystery is comprised of three separate but interlinked Shakespeare Mystery events in the three locations where England’s Shakespeare theatres are located along the Milky Way of the landscape zodiac of Britain (England and Wales): – \n\n7-8 June 2025 – ‘The Milky Way Shakespeare North‘\n25-28 September 2025 – ‘The Milky Way Shakespeare Swans’\n25 October 2025 – ‘The Milky Way Shakespeare South’\n\nThe British landscape zodiac\, known to the 16th/17th century English Rosicrucians. The three locations – Prescot\, Stratford-upon-Avon and London – are in key positions in the landscape zodiac\, and were carefully chosen so as to echo the outstanding stellar phenomena that occurred sequentially in the sky during the 32-year period\, 1572-1604. The purpose of this ‘echoing’ was part of the Hermetic science* that the English Rosicrucians\, like other European Magian societies\, practised. \nThe first and last of these locations mark the two places where the Milky Way galactic meridian appears to cross the ecliptic of the Zodiac. The middle one marks the star Deneb in the Cygnus (Swan) constellation. \n*“As above so below\, as below so above\, for the doing of the Great Work.”\nQuadruple Shakespeare Insights\nThe ‘Swan Flight along the Milky Way’ series of events is being supported by four FBRT talks on Zoom at the equinoxes and solstices\, each of which provides in-depth information about this great mystery that was performed by the Rosy Cross Society for the benefit of the whole wide world: – \n\nSunday 23 March 2025 – ‘The Milky Way Shakespeare‘\nSunday 22 June 2025 – ‘The Gemini-Shakespeare Blazing Star Period’\nSunday 21 Sept. 2025 – ‘The Shakespeare Gemini’\nSunday 21 Dec. 2025 –  ‘The Immortalising Power of the Shakespeare Folio Preface‘\n\nA recording of the first talk\, ‘The Milky Way Shakespeare’\, is provided free for those who book for one or more of the events\, as it serves as a necessary introduction. \nA recording of each talk is also being made available for a fee of £15. \nThe displayed picture is a panoramic image of our Milky Way\, by AstroAnthony. SUMMARY:The Shakespeare Gemini
DESCRIPTION:A talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins\, in which the Shakespeare Gemini – the consortium of ‘twin’ poets and actors – plus their patrons\, helpers and muses\, will be more fully identified\, with key signs and historical backgrounds. \nThe Shakespeare work was a great work and\, like all great works\, required many players\, men and women\, playing many parts. The main roles were those of the Gemini ‘twins’\, men and women\, with many sets of ‘twins’ involved. \nThe Shakespeare project constitutes what is still an on-going grand experiment\, inaugurated so as to test out the working and practical effects of what is probably the most fundamental law of the universe\, a law that has been described as the Double Truth\, which the Gemini myth describes metaphorically. \nDonate online with PayPal\n\n \nA recording of the talk (but not of the sharing afterwards) can be made available for attendees if requested\, as also for those who pay for the talk but do not attend it live on Zoom. SUMMARY:The Gemini-Shakespeare Blazing Star Period
DESCRIPTION:A talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins about how the Shakespeare project was brought into being according to an ancient Hermetic science\, wherein the planetary and stellar phenomena in the sky were suitably echoed on earth according to the cryptic signs given. \nThe Shakespeare project was a key part of the Rosicrucian project\, which worked Hermetically with a hexagrammatic Solomon’s Seal sketched out in the sky by a series of Saturn-Jupiter conjunctions and oppositions so as to create a metaphysical Blazing Star. So successful has this project been\, that it has had a worldwide transformational effect on humanity. \nThe Shakespeare fraternity of the time not only created the Shakespeare works – the poems\, sonnets and plays – but also operated a fundamental universal law\, as figuratively described by the Gemini myth\, by acting out the myth for real. \nFor those who attend the talk\, there will be time for questions\, answers and insights after the talk. This post-talk sharing is usually full of extra information. \nTo book\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nOn receipt of payment\, the Zoom link will be sent to you. \nA recording of the talk (but not of the sharing afterwards) can be made available for attendees if requested\, as also for those who pay for the talk but do not attend it live on Zoom. SUMMARY:The Milky Way Shakespeare North
DESCRIPTION:This weekend event\, led by Peter and Sarah Dawkins\, will take place on Saturday in Prescot\, Merseyside\, and on Sunday in St Helens\, Merseyside. \nIn Prescot we will visit the Shakespeare North Playhouse\, a new playhouse that opened in 2022. This 21st century playhouse is built near to the site and in commemoration of an earlier 16th century Elizabethan playhouse that was built and owned by Richard Harrington\, the tenant of Prescot Hall and younger brother of Percival Harrington\, the deputy steward of Prescot. \nThis Tudor playhouse\, built sometime between 1593-5\, was located on the edge of Knowsley Hall estate\, the chief residence of the Stanley family\, Earls of Derby and stewards of Prescot\, who maintained their own acting company until 1609\, which is also when the playhouse ceased its theatrical use. \nAs no architectural plans survive for the original Prescot Playhouse\, the new theatre’s layout is based on the 1629 design by Inigo Jones for the Cockpit-in-Court theatre in the Palace of Whitehall\, London. \nOn Saturday 7th June we will have a guided Heritage tour of the Shakespeare North Playhouse in the morning\, followed by lunch. In the afternoon there will be talks followed by a performance of Shakespeare’s Macbeth in the evening. \nThe next day\, on Sunday morning we will explore the Witches’ Brew Animal Trail in Prescot town centre\, to see if we can find the sculptures of the animals that were included in the witches’ brew of Shakespeare’s Macbeth. \nAfter this\, we will travel to nearby St Helens where the phenomenal award-winning Dream sculpture is located\, which we will visit. This soaring white sculpture is near the northern crossing point of the Milky Way meridian and the ecliptic of the landscape zodiac of Britain (England and Wales)\, which is the cusp of Gemini-Taurus in the celestial zodiac in the sky. \nThe Dream sculpture\, created by the Spanish artist Jaume Plensa\, is a white dolomite-coated pillar 66 feet (20 metres) tall\, sited on an old spoil tip\, now a hillock in a landscaped park that has replaced the defunct Sutton Manor Colliery. The Dream’s title is ‘Ex Terra Lucem’ (‘From the ground\, light’)\, and symbolises a beam of light rising out of the dark coalmine below. It is cast with the neck\, head and face of a young woman with her eyes closed in meditation\, dreaming of a brighter future. \nThis weekend event will be honouring this idea\, with its hope for a brighter future. \nNumber of attendees for this event is limited (max.15). \nEvent Fee = £175 per person\n(Event fee includes ‘The Milky Way Shakespeare’ talk\, talks on site\, theatre guided tour\, Saturday lunch\, play performance\, and administration. Cost does not include travel\, accommodation\, refreshments\, and other meals required.) \nTo book\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nOn acceptance of the booking and payment made\, a link to a recording of the Zoom talk\, ‘The Milky Way Shakespeare’\,  will be sent to you. This talk is essential for understanding the reason for this event and the other two events in this triple Shakespeare Mystery. \nDetails about the British landscape zodiac: \n\nThe British Landscape Zodiac\nDiscovery of the British Landscape Zodiac\n\nThe displayed picture is a panoramic image of our Milky Way\, by AstroAnthony. SUMMARY:Procreating the Beauty of Golden Friendship
DESCRIPTION:Shakespeare Mystery in Corsica\nA hybrid event\, led by Peter and Sarah Dawkins –  part pilgrimage and part talks\, attunements and sharing on Zoom. \nCorsica is known as the Isle of Beauty\, a ‘Mountain in the Sea’. It is in fact an island composed of a great mountain range made up geologically of a crystalline western part and a schistose north-eastern part\, with a central heart mountain called Monte d’Oro\, ‘Mountain of Gold’. \nFor our purposes\, this Isle of Beauty can be seen as equating mythically with Illyria\, on the shores of which the twins\, Viola and Sebastian\, are cast after being separated in a shipwreck\, as described in the Shakespeare play\, Twelfth Night. \nHistorically Illyria is the name of an ancient region of the Western Balkans\, but mythologically\, which is how Shakespeare uses the name\, it means ‘Land of the Stars’ or ‘Land of Freedom’. \nIn a Greek legend\, Illyr\, ancestor of the Illyrians\, was the son of Cadmus and Harmonia\, with his name meaning ‘beautiful like the Sun-Star’. When born\, he was left by a river\, where he was found and raised by a serpent. \nThese ‘Illyrian’ legends\, myths and Twelfth Night all refer symbolically to the setting free of the mortal psyche so as to be reborn and raised as an immortal soul\, a shining star of beauty. This describes the whole purpose of this hybrid pilgrimage\, wherein we are working with the sacral chakra of the landscape ‘Swan’ of Europe in order to procreate the golden child of beauty whose nature is love expressed as friendship. \nThis hybrid Mystery of Shakespeare event is part of a sequence of events in which we are working with the Dionysian Mystery of Europe\, wherein metaphorically the Bull (or Boar) becomes the Swan\, which is a symbolic way of describing the transformation and transmutation of the mortal psyche into an immortal soul. As Shakespeare says\, we are all actors performing on the stage of the world\, the stage in this instance being Europe. \nDue to the mountainous terrain of Corsica and the practicalities involved\, the pilgrimage in Corsica is being carried out by a small core-group of friends who are linked with and supported by other friends who are carrying out pilgrimages and attunements elsewhere. In this way\, via pilgrimage\, attunement\, meditation\, prayer and friendship\, the aim of the Mystery event as expressed in its title can be achieved. \nPROGRAMME \n\n11 May 2025 – Zoom talk\, ‘Corsica\, the Illyrian Isle of Beauty’.\n13-18 May 2025 – Corsica pilgrimage\, with Zoom meetings.\n24 May 2025 – Zoom meeting – Corsica pilgrimage summary.\n25 May 2025 – Zoom meeting – general sharing and conclusion.\n\nTWO TYPES OF PARTICIPANTS \n\nVirtual pilgrims: attendees of Zoom talk ‘Corsica\, the Illyrian Isle of Beauty’ and event Zoom meetings\, and who carry out a pilgrimage in their own chosen area.\nCorsica pilgrims: the pre-selected core-group who will pilgrimage in Corsica and participate in all the Zoom meetings. (This core-group is a closed group.)\n\nCOST \n\nVirtual pilgrims – £45 per person (inclusive of Corsica Zoom talk and meetings).\n\nBOOKING \nPlease contact FBRT for booking\, payment and other details. \nRECOMMENDED READING \nThe Wisdom of Shakespeare in Twelfth Night\, by Peter Dawkins.

SUMMARY:Corsica\, the Illyrian Isle of Beauty
DESCRIPTION:A talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins about the importance of Corsica in the Swan of Europe landscape temple\, and how it is part of the Europa and Bull Mystery\, from which Europe derives its name. \nThe Europa and Bull Mystery is another way of describing the Dionysian Mystery – a Mystery that underlies the Christian Mystery\, wherein the ascended Jesus\, like Orpheus before him\, is symbolised as a Swan. \nThis talk on Zoom acts as a precursor to the Shakespeare Mystery in Corsica hybrid event\, Procreating the Beauty of Golden Friendship. However\, the talk can be attended by anyone interested in the subject\, as well as by participants in the hybrid event. \nFor those who attend the talk\, there will be time for a questions-answers-insights discussion after the talk. \nThe talk will be recorded\, but not the discussion session afterwards. \nCost = £25 per person.\n(For those participating in the Corsica Shakespeare Mystery hybrid event\, the cost of the talk is included in the hybrid event fee.) \nTo book\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT).

SUMMARY:The Milky Way Shakespeare
DESCRIPTION:Talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins about the three key Shakespeare Theatre locations in England that were indicated by certain stellar phenomena in the heavens during the Elizabethan-Jacobean era and brought into being in the British landscape zodiac on earth. \nThe British landscape zodiac\, which was first identified and laid out by the ancient Britons\, and used by the initiates and rulers of successive cultures\, was known to the 16th/17th century English Rosicrucians. As the extraordinary stellar phenomena occurred in the Milky Way during the Elizabethan-Jacobean times\, so the English Rosy Cross Shakespeare fraternity set out to establish its counterpart on earth in the British (English) landscape zodiac\, knowing that if they were successful\, great things could occur. \nThese three Shakespeare Theatre locations exist today\, and are thriving and helping to spread the Shakespeare inspiration\, artistry\, education and entertainment throughout the world. \nAs the ancient axiom says\, “Time brings forth the hidden truth\,” so it is now the right time for the deeper reason to be known more publicly as to why this huge success has occurred – the reason being a science that the world has largely forgotten or ignored\, or never appreciated or knew. Please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nDetails about the British landscape zodiac: \n\nThe British Landscape Zodiac\nDiscovery of the British Landscape Zodiac\n\nThe displayed picture is a panoramic image of our Milky Way\, by AstroAnthony.\nWikimedia Commons: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.

SUMMARY:Cryptic Meanings of Rosicrucian Tailpieces and other such Emblems
DESCRIPTION:This illustrated talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins is the last of the series of talks on Rosicrucian Cryptography that are being given in 2024 to celebrate the Quatercentenary of the publication in 1624 of the great cipher manual\, Cryptomenytices et Cryptographiae (‘Cryptomenytics and Cryptography’)\, which gives a multitude of cryptographic keys to decrypting the Bacon-Shakespeare-Rosicrucian publications and correspondence. \nAs before\, the main focus will be on the hidden meanings of the cryptographic pictures and their associated ciphers\, but dealing this time with the deeply symbolic tailpieces (graphic endpieces) and highly revealing end page of Cryptomenytices. \nFor those who attend the talk\, there will be time for questions\, answers and insights after the talk. This post-talk sharing is usually full of information. SUMMARY:The All-Seeing Eye
DESCRIPTION:Expanding awareness and vision in ourselves and the land\nBonnington House\, Jupiter Artland\, Wilkieston\, Edinburgh\, Scotland\nThis weekend event led by Peter and Sarah Dawkins – which is open to all who want to delve into the mysteries of the landscape\, nature and the human soul – will include an education and training in expanding our awareness and raising our consciousness so that our inner vision is enhanced to such an extent that it opens the third eye\, the all-seeing eye. There is a science behind this. \nWe will also learn about the Edinburgh-Pentlands landscape temple that functions as the brow chakra of the Grail Land\, of which both Bonnington/Jupiter Artland and Rosslyn Chapel and Castle are key parts. We will explore these two places to see their differences and how they work together. \nThe Grail Land is a landscape temple stretching from the south of France to the north of Scotland\, complete with all seven major chakras and three alta-major chakras. We will learn something about this and how it works\, and how it can work better and help the whole of Europe when we do the right things in the right places at the right times within it. \nThe weekend event will take place at Bonnington House\, which sits within Jupiter Artland\, the award-winning sculpture park created by Robert and Nicky Wilson\, and is a perfect location for a mystery school event. The weekend will include talks\, meditations and training\, plus good food and the chance to explore Jupiter Artland and visit Rosslyn Chapel and its surrounds. \nFor further information and booking\, see ‘The All-Seeing Eye’ pdf. \nFor information on the Grail Land\, see ‘The European Myth and Mystery’ essay on this website\, and the Zoence webpage ‘The Grail Land of Europe‘.

SUMMARY:Milan & Prospero's Magic
DESCRIPTION:A hybrid event\, part talks on Zoom and part on-site pilgrimage in Milan. \n20-22 October 2024 Zoom talks\n24-28 October 2024 Milan pilgrimage\n3 November 2024 Zoom Meeting Conclusion \nIn the Shakespeare play\, The Tempest\, Prospero is the Duke of Milan. During the play we discover that Prospero is a magus – a magician in the initiatory sense\, who has acquired the wisdom to become a master of nature. The play shows how he demonstrates and develops his mastery by means of acting as a hierophant\, teaching\, testing and transforming the various characters as a redeemer and saviour of human souls. These characters represent the various levels of humanity\, from the basest and most corrupt\, to the most virtuous and pure in heart. \nWhy Prospero was made the Duke of Milan\, rather than of another place\, is part of the Mystery – a Mystery that we shall delve into during this hybrid event – a Mystery that concerns the whole of Europe in particular and the whole world in general\, and is of particular relevance at this momentous and dangerous time in world history. \nThis hybrid event is being carried out not only as a Mystery of Shakespeare event but also as a pilgrimage in Milan and local landscapes elsewhere. In this way\, via pilgrimage\, meditation and prayer\, and working with ancient wisdom and celestial-terrestrial energy\, magic can be done to help the world. During the talks and the pilgrimage\, we will learn why and how. \nFor this hybrid event\, there will be three types of attendees: (1) Talk attendees\, (2) Virtual pilgrims\, and (3) Milan pilgrims. \n\nThe Talk attendees are those who would like to attend the pre-pilgrimage talks on Zoom by Peter Dawkins and Julia Cleave.\nThe Virtual pilgrims are those who cannot be in Milan for this event\, but who can take part ‘virtually’ in all the Zoom talks and other Zoom meetings\, and who can carry out a pilgrimage in their own chosen area.\nThe Milan pilgrims are those who are able to be in Milan for this event. They will be there as a small group or groups of friends\, and entirely responsible for themselves\, but with a plan of action for each day. They will take part ‘virtually’ in all the Zoom talks and other Zoom meetings\, including the Zoom Pilgrimage Conclusion on 3 November 2024.\n\nThe event will be introduced by three pre-pilgrimage talks on Zoom – two by Peter Dawkins and one by Julia Cleave – which Talk attendees\, Virtual pilgrims and Milan pilgrims will be able to attend. \nThese three pre-pilgrimage talks on Zoom will take place on: \n\nSunday 20 October – Peter Dawkins – Milan and the Swan of Europe\nMonday 21 October – Julia Cleave – Alchemy in Shakespeare’s Play\, The Tempest\nTuesday 22 October – Peter Dawkins – Milan\, The Dukedom of Prospero\, the Magus\n\nInformation about each talk can be found on each talk advert web page. \nThe 3-day pilgrimage in Milan will take place on Friday 25 October\, Saturday 26 October\, and Sunday 27 October 2024\, with arrivals on Thursday 24 October and departures on Monday 28 October 2024. \nCOSTS & BOOKINGS \n\nFor Talk attendees\, the cost is £60 per person for all three talks\, or £25 for each individual talk\, payable to FBRT.\nFor Virtual pilgrims\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT) for further information.\n\nFor Milan pilgrims\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT) for further information.\n\nRecommended reading: The Wisdom of Shakespeare in The Tempest\, by Peter Dawkins.

SUMMARY:Milan\, the Dukedom of Prospero\, the Magus
DESCRIPTION:A talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins about why\, in Shakespeare’s play\, The Tempest\, Milan was chosen as the dukedom of Prospero\, and the science of the mystery connected with this. \nIn the Shakespeare play\, The Tempest\, Prospero is the Duke of Milan. SUMMARY:The Alchemy in Shakespeare’s play\, The Tempest
DESCRIPTION:A talk on Zoom by Julia Cleave about the alchemy in Shakespeare’s play\, The Tempest. \nDuring the play we discover that Prospero is a magus who has acquired the wisdom to become a master of nature. The play shows how he demonstrates and develops his mastery by means of acting as a hierophant\, teaching\, testing and transforming the various characters as a redeemer and saviour of human souls. But the whole play is a mastery in itself\, showing that Shakespeare was a supreme magus of alchemy\, the universal science or chemistry of all. \nThis the second of three talks given as part of the Milan & Prospero’s Magic hybrid event. \nThe talk can be attended by non-participants in the hybrid event\, as well as participants. \nFor those who attend the talk\, there will be time for a questions-answers-insights discussion after the talk. \nThe talk will be recorded and made available to event participants and those who book the talk.\n(The discussion session after the talk will not be recorded.) \nCost of individual talk = £25. \nCost for all three talks = £60. \nFor further information and booking\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nAlso recommended: the e-book\, The Wisdom of Shakespeare in The Tempest\, by Peter Dawkins.

SUMMARY:The Rosy Cross Blazing Star\, Then and Now
DESCRIPTION:A talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins\, to explain what the Rosy Cross Blazing Star is\, when it occurred\, and how it has been affecting us now as we move into the new Great Age. \nTruth is always double and for that reason is known traditionally as the Double Truth. Then and Now is a Double Truth – a twinship – as also is the Blazing Star\, which is a key to everything good and true. How to work with this key is our challenge. But first we need to understand something of it\, and then we can work with it\, turning the key to open the door to something better. \nThis talk will be shown on the FBRT YouTube Channel\, and will be made public at 12 noon\, 22 June 2024\, St Alban’s Day.

SUMMARY:Cryptomenytices et Cryptographiae\, intelligencers\, and Cryptology generally
DESCRIPTION:Talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins\, giving some background information about Cryptomenytices et Cryptographiae\, its author\, and the secret society and intelligence networks involved. \nThe great cipher manual\, Cryptomenytices et Cryptographiae\, was published in 1624\, the year immediately after the 1623 twin Folios\, Francis Bacon’s De Dignitate et Augmentis Scientiarum and the Shakespeare First Folio\, Mr. William Shakespeares Comedies\, Histories\, & Tragedies. \nCryptomenytices provides keys to the cryptology in the 1623 publications\, as also in many other publications of that time which were composed by members of the Society of the Golden and Rosy Cross. Indeed\, some of the ciphers appear to have been used\, suitably adapted and developed\, in the last two world wars\, and the fundamentals of Francis Bacon’s Biliteral cipher provide the foundation of all computer language we use today. \nThis talk is additional to the series of four talks originally designed and advertised for this year\, and in fact forms part of the The Swan Flight: The Third Heaven event\, during which Hitzacker\, on the river Elbe in Germany\, the place where Cryptomenytices was written\, and Lüneburg\, where it was published\, will be visited. \nSo\, for this reason\, this talk will be the second talk of the Rosicrucian Cryptography series this year\, and talk 7 of the whole Rosicrucian Mysteries series. \nFor further information and booking\, please contact the Organiser (FBRT). \nFor those who attend the talk\, there will be time for questions\, answers and insights after the talk. \n(This is Part 2 of the ‘Rosicrucian Cryptology’  series\, and Part 7 of ‘The Rosicrucian Mysteries’ series.)
