SUMMARY:The Fourth Level of the Seven-Stepped Pyramid & Meaning of Salt in the Mystery Traditions
DESCRIPTION:A talk on Zoom by Peter Dawkins explaining the background to what we call the “Swan Flight through the Seven Heavens of the Rosicrucian Mysteries”\, why the hybrid pilgrimage to Lüneburg and Rosengarten in northern Germany is taking place\, and the symbolic meaning of salt. \nPeter will talk about the Swan landscape temple of Europe\, and particularly about the Exterland Zodiac centred on the Externsteine in Horn-Bad Meinberg\, Germany\, which forms the Swan’s throat chakra\, and the seven areas north of the Exterland that culminate in the area focused on Gottorf Castle\, which forms the Swan’s alta-major chakra. \nPeter will explain how these seven areas of landscape correspond to the seven levels of a seven-stepped pyramid\, how these symbolise the traditional seven heavens of soul consciousness\, and how we are in the process of discovering that certain places in these seven areas of Germany became focal points of the Rosicrucians during the 17th and 18th centuries. \nPeter will also summarise how and why we have been instructed to establish a metaphorical pyramid ‘rising’ from the Exterland Zodiac by visiting these key Rosicrucian places at key times in the years 2020-2032\, and what it means in terms of Swan consciousness\, and indeed what the Swan symbolises. \nPeter will then talk about the meaning of salt\, as understood in the Mystery traditions\, and why the visit to Lüneburg\, a town built on top of a massive salt dome\, is so important as a marker for the fourth level of the pyramid\, or fourth heaven of soul consciousness. \nThe talk will be in English\, with concurrent translation into German by Heidemarie Falldorf. \nThis talk on Zoom forms part of the hybrid ‘Fourth Heaven’ event and is open to participants and non-participants. \nCost £15.
